The Chair
With just a ball and a chair, see if you can watch the video and complete the challenges. Challenge yourself and see if you can use different surfaces of your feet or use both feet.

All you need is a ball and markers to set a time limit and complete each part of this video challenge.
The Wall
This challenge can be done with a sofa, a wall or even a family member to see how many passes you can make in 30 seconds. As long as you have these elements then you can test how many rebound passes you can make.
