Join in from home

You can join the Health team for our group exercise sessions using Zoom. These sessions run: 

Tuesday – Strength and balance exercises - 2-3pm

• Wednesday – Tea and chat session, with guest speakers, digital support and advice from local support agencies - 2-3pm

• Thursday – Strength and balance exercises - 11.30am-12.30pm

• Friday – Social session including games and quizzes - 2-3pm

To join on a smart device such as an iPad, iPhone, tablet or smart phone, you will need to download the Zoom app for your app store.
