Senior Saints
Maintaining independence and improving wellbeing is at the forefront of Senior Saints and we bring that to our older adults in the community.
Whether through circuit training, seated exercise classes or walking sports, there is something to fit all abilities. Our aim is to improve physical health whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere so all can feel the benefit across the city.
Sessions run daily throughout the year, with our staff on hand to provide assistance and expertise, now is the time to enjoy exercise, make new friends and stay independent.
Social Sessions
Focusing on creating a relaxed, friendly environment, these sessions are an opportunity for older adults in our community to meet like-minded people whilst enjoying fun activities. Suitable for all, our social sessions are the perfect way to connect.
