Supporting fans, hitting targets. Saints Goal looks to change lifestyle habits by altering attitudes to nutrition and exercise.
This 12-week programme brings together fans to create a positive atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and generate some incredible camaraderie. During the course, you will target weight loss and overcome other challenges.
Alongside a classroom session, participants take part in a physical session as we empower a boost in an active lifestyle.
It has changed my life. I could not run 100 metres at the time, I have now completed the Great South Run without stopping. I am so proud.
