Saints Goal

Saints Goal is all about setting goals and hitting targets. We aim to change lifestyle habits by altering attitudes to nutrition and exercise.

This 12-week programme brings people together from across the community, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for improving wellbeing and losing weight.

We make sure everyone feels comfortable and generate some incredible camaraderie to help you score your goals.
