In these uncertain times, we understand that getting out and being active, or remaining motivated to stay healthy can be difficult for our participants.
To combat this, we are creating resources to recreate our sessions in your home. For every generation.
To start with, we have created videos for our older adults to remain active, whilst we are in the process of pulling together more material to support our community.
We hope that not only will these virtual sessions help keep you active, but also, we hope it aids your mental wellbeing. This is an anxious time for us all. But, just 10 minutes of exercise can help create a routine and break up the day, helping to alleviate the stresses of the time we are living in.
