Tino Livramento’s long-awaited return could finally come this Sunday, with Rubén Sellés confirming the full-back is available for selection at Brighton.

It is 13 months since Livramento suffered an ACL injury at Amex Stadium – the same ground at which he could coincidentally mark his comeback at.

The 20-year-old has featured for the B team recently and Sellés has now confirmed that he is ready to play again for the senior side, albeit his minutes would need to be limited if he does feature.

“We have only one change from the last week and that is that Tino Livramento is finally selectable for the team,” said the Saints manager. “He has a restriction on time of course, but he possibly will be in the squad for Sunday.

“He’s happy, he’s buzzing, he’s just ready to go and play and it’s very good news for the club to get a player like Tino who is very, very important for the club in the present and the future. I’m very happy for him, finally it looks like he passes that injury and then he can be focused on the future.”

Sellés also confirmed that Ché Adams remains sidelined through injury this weekend, although has not ruled out a chance he could feature on the final day against Liverpool, while he added that Armel Bella-Kotchap will definitely be unavailable for the last two games of the campaign.
