Saints play their first game at Staplewood Campus since October 1st, as Brighton & Hove Albion are the visitors in the Under-18 Premier League.
Mikey Harris' side return home after four straight away games with the youngsters hitting form on the road and staying unbeaten in that time.
Last time out, a penalty from Will Merry and an own goal were enough to claim three points against Arsenal with a 2-1 victory which has moved Saints off the foot of the table into 11th place.
Brighton are another side sitting mid-table after a mixed start to the 2022/23 season, currently in 7th place after eight games.
Their recent form is a complete contrast to Saints', as Albion are without a win in four games, most recently falling to a narrow, 1-0 defeat against West Brom.
Arthur Brammer's team are just two points ahead of Southampton in the table as just three points separate 11th to 6th place in the league.
In the 2021/22 season, the two sides played out a seven-goal thriller with Southampton coming away with a 4-3 win on the road at the Amex Elite Performance Centre.
A hat-trick from Luke Pearce and a goal from Fedel Ross-Lang were enough for the young Saints in a breathless encounter.
