Saints continued their march towards the summit of Under-18s Premier League South last weekend, seeing off Birmingham City away from home through a late flurry of goals.
Rylee Wright handed Carl Martin's side the lead inside 20 minutes, but it took until the 75th minute for Saints to add a second through Tommy Lee-Higgs.
Lee-Higgs added a third just six minutes later before Ryan Chavez-Munoz completed the scoring following a Birmingham consolation in stoppage time.
West Ham also kept up their fine league form last-time-out with a 3-2 home win over Brighton and Hove Albion. Goals from Gideon Kadua, Divin Mubama and Callum Marshall securing the three points.
A win for either side on Saturday morning will see them take top spot in the divison, with Saints have two games in hand over the Hammers.
LAST MEETING
Saints and West Ham last met at the start of the current season, Martin's side travelling to Little Heath Sports Centre at the end of August.
Tyler Dibling gave the visitors the lead just past the half hour mark, before Kadua levelled the scores on 64 minutes.
Saints reclaimed authority just four minutes later through Jem Hewlett before the win was sealed by Dom Ballard with 20 minutes to go.
MANAGER'S NOTES
"It's a game we're really looking forward to," said technical coach Mikey Harris. "The boys are in a good place at the moment and West Ham are in a good place at the moment too in terms of their form.
"I think it'll be a really exciting game but I think it'll be really tough for us as every game in this league is.
"The boys have worked really, really hard this week. They're excited for the game and hopefully we can put in a real good performance that reflects our identity and gets a positive result."
