Southampton's youngsters will face the winners of Wednesday night's match between Aylestone Park and Sheffield Wednesday in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
Fixture details including time and date will be released in due course but all matches at this stage of the competition must be played by 11th December.
Leicester-based side Aylestone Park will host League One side Sheffield Wednesday this week, looking to make club history by making the prestigious third round.
Saints were drawn at home twice during their run in the competition last year, first beating Coventry City 3-0 in early December before narrowly losing out to Burton Albion at the end of March in round four.
