Southampton Football Club today revealed the new 2021/22 away kit, produced by Official Kit Supplier hummel.

The new designs were unveiled by players from the club’s Women’s team, B Team and Academy as they took part in a beach clean at Calshot to highlight the importance of looking after our environment.

The club is committed to helping protect the future of our planet, as part of our sustainability strategy, The Halo Effect - hummel share this commitment and have produced all three of this season’s kits using Eco8 material, made from fabric created using recycled plastic bottles.

This season’s away kit sees a return of Southampton’s traditional yellow alternative shirts with the bespoke design taking inspiration from the club’s kit worn between 1991/93, incorporating a new flame graphic for a modern twist.

The shirt’s design also pays tribute to both St Mary’s and The Dell, with detailed structural design of both stadiums featuring on the inner back neck of the shirt, a tribute to 20 years at St Mary’s on the back, and the names of stands from both grounds printed on the inner back neck hem.

Supporters can get a first look at the team playing in the away strip at tonight’s friendly against Levante (7pm BST) with the new kit available to buy from the Stadium Store before kick-off and online at just £55 for adults and £45 for juniors.

Ahead of the new season, Southampton is introducing new Saints Store kiosks within the concourses at St Mary’s – fans will be able to purchase all of this season’s new kits from the new concourse stores ahead of the match against Athletic Club on Saturday 7th August.
