Saints Foundation Delivery Update

In response to England's latest lockdown, and the need to act to stop the spread of COVID-19, Saints Foundation has moved all but essential face-to-face delivery online.

We are adapting our delivery to keep our staff and participants safe, and minimise the risk of transmission in our wider community.

This means that, as of Tuesday 5 January, our delivery will follow the relevant government and agency guidance, and once again move to virtual and online activity wherever possible.

Our work with older adults will continue virtually and via regular calls, as will our activity with young people and adults with additional needs. We will work closely with our partners to support young people in the city. Our school-based staff will support at their school sites with key worker and vulnerable pupils where we are requested to, as well as reverting to virtual delivery with existing groups. Any group community sessions will revert back to virtual delivery and, in line with guidance, we will provide individual support for those most in need.

All football coaching activity (including our Advanced Coaching Centres, Coaching Centres, After School Clubs and Saints Tots) will cease for now, past the initial period announced, through to mid-February at the earliest. All bookings will have their accounts credited for the cancelled sessions and offered alternative provision where possible. We have also created a comprehensive timetable of virtual football sessions to engage our existing players, and more information will be provided to players and bookers shortly.

We remain committed to supporting those most in need in these adapted ways, whilst also working with our partners across the city to ensure that we respond and support new needs as they evolve.

Saints Foundation will only return to face to face delivery once restrictions allow and under our well adapted COVID-19 precautions.
