Southampton Football Club can update fans on the Ticket Office’s opening hours over the Christmas period and when fans will receive refunds for the recent fixtures against Sheffield United and Manchester United, as well as when information about upcoming games will be confirmed.
Fans can contact the Ticket Office at 02381 780780 during the following times over the festive period:
- Tuesday 22nd: 10am-4pm
- Wednesday 23rd: 10am-2pm
- Thursday 24th: Closed
- Friday 25th: Closed
- Saturday 26th: Closed
- Sunday 27th: Closed
- Monday 28th: 10am-4pm
- Tuesday 29th: 10am-4pm
- Wednesday 30th: 10am-4pm
- Thursday 31st: Closed
- Friday 1st: Closed
- Saturday 2nd: Closed
- Sunday 3rd: Closed
- Monday 4th: Closed
- Tuesday 5th: 10am-4pm
- Wednesday 6th: 10am-4pm
The club can confirm that all pro rata refunds to 2020/21 Season Ticket holders for the home matches against Sheffield United and Manchester United have now been completed.
Those fans due a refund will have had the equivalent of one-nineteenth of the total amount of their Season Ticket paid back to the card used to buy the ticket for each match.
Some supporters will receive multiple payments due to orders for separate Season Tickets that sit on their account, or if they have instalment plans.
Payments may take up to five working days to appear depending on your banking provider. Supporters who have a refund that has failed to process automatically have been sent an email directly.
If any 2020/21 Season Ticket holders have concerns that their payment for the Sheffield United and Manchester United matches hasn’t gone through, please contact the Ticket Office call centre on 02381 780780, quoting your supporter number. Outside of the Ticket Office's opening hours you can email [email protected].
The process to refund Season Ticket holders for the matches against Manchester City, West Ham United and Liverpool will take place in January. Please note that all fans have been refunded for the Sheffield United match and that those Season Ticket holders that attended the match will have their refund applied to a different fixture.

Season Ticket holders will find out on Wednesday if they will be attending the West Ham United match at St Mary’s on Tuesday 29th December, and information about fans attending the Liverpool fixture on Monday 4th January will be confirmed by Thursday 31st January.
