Return to St Mary's: Matchday checklist

By SFC Media time Fri 18 Dec Return to St Marys

With fans back at St Mary’s for tomorrow’s game against Manchester City, the club would like to remind fans of what they need to do before arriving at the stadium.

All supporters attending the match are asked to:

- Print or download tickets using the instructions below
- Check your arrival gate and time
- Fill out the health questionnaire
- Bring photo ID

Fans attending Saturday’s match have been emailed an e-ticket that can either be downloaded to your mobile device or printed at home – these tickets are non-transferable and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID. If fans have elected to be part of a social bubble, the lead booker will receive the tickets for the whole bubble on their ticketing account.

Supporters will need to enter the stadium through a specific coloured gate that will be clearly marked on your ticket – please familiarise yourself with the correct entrance before you arrive at the stadium as you will not be able to access the stadium through any other gate.

Return to St Mary's

You can find an access map of the stadium here – the blue gate is only accessible via Melbourne Street and the purple gate is only accessible via the footbridge on Northam Road. These gates cannot be accessed from Marine Parade or Britannia Road.

You will have an arrival time specified on your ticket – this is to allow staggered entry times into St Mary’s to ensure your safety.

Please note that the Ticket Office windows aren’t available and will be closed on Saturday, but ticketing staff and stewards will be available at the entrance gates to help fans.

Due to restrictions on which parts of St Mary’s we are able to open, we cannot guarantee that Season Ticket holders will be in their chosen seats, but we have endeavoured to assign seats that are at a similar height and proximity to exits where possible.

To find out how you can access your ticket, watch the video or follow the step-by-step guide below:

Return to St Mary's

You can find our full guidance on how to stay safe at St Mary’s here. It is important you read and understand the information provided by the club and follow our COVID-19 protocols.

If you haven’t already done so, please fill out the mandatory health questionnaire before arriving at the stadium.

Please note that fans who live in areas that have been placed in tier 3 of the government’s local restriction tier system, including Portsmouth, Gosport, Havant and parts of Surrey, will not be able to attend the match and will be due a pro rata refund.

The club will follow all government guidelines regarding tier status and will communicate with fans prior to the match if there are any changes to the tier Southampton is placed in.
