Return to St Mary’s: Fill out the health questionnaire

By SFC Media time Fri 11 Dec Return to St Marys

Ahead of Sunday’s match against Sheffield United, all fans that have been sent tickets are required to fill out a health questionnaire.

Supporters attending the game have now had the mandatory health questionnaire sent to the email address listed on their ticketing account. If you haven’t received an email, please make sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder in Gmail.

Fans can also fill out the health questionnaire by clicking the button below. Please note you will not be admitted into the stadium without filling out this questionnaire:

Return to St Mary's

All fans attending Sunday’s match have been emailed an e-ticket that can either be downloaded to your mobile device or printed at home – these tickets are non-transferable and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID.

Fans will need to enter the stadium through a specific coloured gate that will be clearly marked on your ticket – please familiarise yourself with the correct entrance before you arrive at the stadium.

You will also have an arrival time specified on your ticket – this is to allow staggered entry times into St Mary’s to ensure your safety.

Please note that the Ticket Office will be closed on Sunday, but ticketing staff and stewards will be available at the entrance gates to help fans.

Facemasks must be worn at all times for the duration of your visit and we’d also ask that fans only bring bags if they are required for medical reasons. If you are exempt from wearing a mask or need to bring a bag for medical reasons, please get in touch with our Supporter Services Team as soon as possible at [email protected].
