Southampton Football Club is pleased to be able to update fans regarding the 2020/21 replica shirts featuring Main Club Partner Sportsbet.io.
Find out below when fans can expect to receive their pre-ordered Sportsbet.io shirts, when the new shirts will be available in-store, and how supporters that had previously purchased the 20/21 LD Sports shirt in-store before October can claim their complimentary Sportsbet.io shirt.
I pre-ordered the Sportsbet.io shirt
The club received its first delivery of the new replica shirts on Saturday 28th November and have been working on personalisation requests to over 5,000 shirts this week.
The updated shirts are being sent out to those who pre-ordered their complimentary Sportsbet.io shirts, with the club partner kindly covering the cost of shirt printing for those fans that requested it.
All shirts will have been sent out to fans by Thursday 10th December, with the exception of 900 youth shirts that the club is expecting to receive early next week.
I’d like to buy the Sportsbet.io shirt in-store
Supporters that did not pre-order the new Sportsbet.io shirt will be able to purchase the home, away, third and goalkeeper shirts in person from the Westquay Store from Thursday 10th December – please note that there will only be limited availability.
Supporters that purchase the Sportsbet.io shirt are not eligible for the complimentary shirt printing being offered to purchasers of the LD Sports 2020/21 shirt by Sportsbet.io.
I bought the LD Sports shirt in-store; how can I claim my complimentary replacement?
Fans who purchased an LD Sports branded 2020/21 shirt before 1st October can now claim their complimentary Sportsbet.io shirt in-store from Thursday 10th December.
Those that bought their LD Sports shirt online, and have not yet claimed their complimentary shirt, can redeem the voucher they have received by email in person at the Westquay Store.
Supporters that purchased their LD Sports shirt in-store can claim the updated shirt from the Westquay Store by bringing your original shirt and proof of purchase, either an original receipt or a bank statement. You will get to keep your original shirt – walking in with one and leaving with two!
All fans that claim their complimentary shirt in-store will be offered shirt printing with the cost being covered by Sportsbet.io. Fans that do not wish to take up this offer will be able to claim their shirt immediately.
Supporters that wish to take up the offer of free shirt printing will either have this added to the shirt while they wait in-store or, if the Westquay Store is busy, will be asked to choose a time slot at a later date to pick up the fully printed shirt.
The Westquay Store will be open from 9am-8pm on weekdays, starting tomorrow, and from 9am-7pm on Saturdays and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
We would like to thank fans for their understanding and patience following the difficult decision to halt sales of the 2020/21 shirt whilst the club worked to resolve this complex issue.

What action do I need to take in order to receive the updated 2020/21 shirt?
Please take your proof of purchase, either a receipt or bank statement, along with your purchased shirt to the Westquay Store. Once the purchase has been checked, a replacement shirt will be handed over.
I bought the 2020/21 shirt with LD Sports on the front from a Saints Store in October - can I claim the complimentary shirt?
Any shirt with LD Sports on the front purchased from Thursday 1st October 2020 will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement shirt or complimentary printing.
Can I request a change of home, away, third or goalkeeper, or a different size to the one I originally purchased?
Yes, fans will be offered the choice to select a different variation and/or size when we share information about how you can obtain your replacement, whether you bought your shirt in-store or online.
I claimed my shirt using a voucher online, when will I receive my complimentary shirt?
We have just received the shirts from our supplier and our retail team are working hard to process thousands of orders. The first orders have been sent out and most UK-based fans should receive them within the next seven days.
My shirt was a gift, can I still get the complimentary gifted shirt?
Yes. You will still be able to request a new shirt in-store with proof of purchase.
I live overseas, how do I get my replacement?
Fans that ordered online should have already received a voucher to claim online. Please get in touch with us by email if you didn’t receive the voucher or were unable to claim.
I bought my shirt online but did not claim before the deadline. Can I still claim in store?
Yes. Please bring in your unused voucher code and shirt to the Westquay Store to claim
I bought my shirt elsewhere, can I still get a replacement?
No. Replacement shirts are only available to fans that purchased their 2020/21 shirt through the Saints Stores at Westquay and St Mary’s, or online at Southamptonfc.com.
