Our Ambassador Kenzie Benali caught up with Senior Saints participant Molly, who has recently celebrated her 90th birthday, to see how she’s coped with this difficult year.
Molly Garside first attended our Senior Saints exercise classes over five years ago. Back in 2017, she spoke to us about how the project has helped her stay active and connected with her community.
Since sessions have been suspended due to lockdown, Molly has been using our exercise workbooks and regularly tuning into radio exercise classes on Voice FM.
Kenzie BenaliIt's nice that even though lockdown has been tough, saints foundation has still found a way to stay connected with people like you molly.

We organised for Molly to catch up with Kenzie to discuss the impact of lockdown and how our support has made a big difference in these challenging times.
Speaking to Kenzie about the support she’s received during lockdown, Molly said: “They have been absolutely first class. They are fantastic, they really are. Nothing is too much trouble.”
We have released some highlights of Kenzie’s call with Molly to encourage people to donate and support our projects with Senior Saints. The ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic mean that we are constantly evolving our approach to ensure that we continue to support our community, and our city, most effectively.CLICK HERE TO SUPPORT OUR SENIOR SAINTS
