Time Out with Southampton FC Women

By SFC Media time Fri 20 Nov Vitality

Southampton FC Women’s team have teamed up with the club’s Official Wellness Partner Vitality for Time Out, a new series encouraging fans to stay active and healthy during lockdown.

The players will be offering an insight into their lockdown regimes with skills exercises to stay active and a look at the players’ nutrition at home, while also highlighting the importance of looking after their mental wellbeing with regular breaks.

You can catch each episode on the club’s social channels over the coming weeks.

Vitality aim to inspire change, encouraging and rewarding people to live healthier lives. But, they recognise that there is a stark difference between how active men and women are – the ‘gender play gap.’

Through their #KeepUpThePace campaign, they’re committed to supporting women’s sport and are determined to inspire and motivate millions more women and girls to get active – and stay active.
