By SFC Media time Thu 19 Nov Club

On International Men’s Day, Southampton Football Club is joining other clubs around the country in supporting MAN magazine to raise awareness of the importance of mental health.

The magazine will be sent free to around ten million male sports fans, providing tools and support for those struggling with depression, drug addiction, suicidal thoughts, debt, gambling addiction, or any other issues that can negatively impact mental health, as well as helping people spot signs that friends, colleagues or family members may be suffering.

The free, premium title also contains a host of features relating to sport, fashion and lifestyle, and you can download a free digital copy of it by clicking here.
