The club has already announced that supporters who had previously purchased a 2020/21 shirt with LD Sports on the front will be able to claim a free replacement featuring the Sportsbet.io brand and will also be able to keep the original shirt as a gesture of the club’s gratitude for their patience.

Now the club is able to confirm details of how those fans can get their hands on the updated shirts, whether they purchased at a Saints Store, or online.

I bought my shirt online

If you bought 2020/21 shirts or mini kits online before Tuesday 25th August, we have sent you vouchers by email to the address registered with us. You can use these to pre-order your complimentary shirt any time before Friday 13th November, and you can expect delivery in early December.

If you haven’t received your voucher(s) by Monday 26th October, please check your spam folder or promotions folder in Gmail - if you still require your voucher to be resent, please contact us using the form below.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to add additional products to your order online, although you can include complimentary shirt printing and badges courtesy of our Main Club Partner Sportsbet.io. Fans will only need to cover the cost of postage and packaging once for each transaction, even if it contains multiple shirts.

If you purchased online but prefer to claim your complimentary shirt in-store, you can do so from early December, as long as you can bring your original shirt and proof of purchase, which can be a receipt, email confirmation, or bank statement.

I bought my shirt in person at a Saints Store 

If you bought your original shirts in a Saints Store you will be able to claim your complimentary shirt from the same Saints Store as soon as they are in stock in early December. You will need to bring your original shirt and proof of purchase, which can be an original receipt or a bank statement. You will get to keep your original shirt – walking in with one and leaving with two!

Although we will print shirts whilst you wait in-store where possible, due to expected high demand at peak times fans who wish to claim their complimentary printing will be required to book a time to come back to the store to collect their printed shirts.

Please note that shirts will only be available to pick up in-store in early December – we will let fans know when they can collect their complimentary replacement from Saints Stores in due course.

What action do I need to take in order to receive the updated 2020/21 shirt?
Fans who bought their shirt online will receive a voucher by email that will enable them to claim a complimentary Sportsbet.io shirt in our online store. 

Fans who bought their shirt in our Westquay or Stadium Store will be able to claim their gifted shirt once we have them in stock in early December. 

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of purchase, or the relevant bank statement, as this will be needed as part of the process for claiming your complimentary shirt.

I bought the 2020/21 shirt with LD Sports on the front from a Saints Store in October - can I claim the complimentary shirt?
Any shirt with LD Sports on the front purchased from Friday 2nd October 2020 will not be eligible for a gifted shirt or complimentary printing.

Can I request a change of home, away, third or goalkeeper, or a different size to the one I originally purchased?
Yes, fans will be offered the choice to select a different variation and/or size when you order your complimentary shirt, whether you bought the original shirt in-store or online.

When will I receive my complimentary shirt?
We are expecting delivery of the new shirts in early December.

I would prefer a refund for the 2020/21 LD Sports shirt - how do I claim a refund, and will I need to return the shirt?
Fans who purchased their shirts from the Saints Stores at Westquay, St Mary’s or online can choose to receive a full refund instead of a complimentary shirt if the original shirt is unworn. Please ensure you provide your proof of purchase and return your shirt in its original packaging.

If you have returned your shirt already, you will not be eligible for the gifted shirt from the club.

Supporters that purchased their 2020/21 shirt online will be able to request a refund either in-store or by sending to Megastore, Southampton FC, St Mary's Stadium, Britannia Road, Southampton SO14 5FP in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase. Please use Royal Mail tracked returns to print a returns label when returning parcels to us.

Can I still get the refund if I have worn the shirt?
No. Refunds will only be issued for shirts that have not been worn, are in their original packaging and are accompanied with a proof of purchase. If you have already worn your shirt you will still be eligible for a complimentary replacement of an updated shirt.

My shirt was a gift, can I still get the gifted shirt?
Yes. You will still be able to request a new shirt either in-store with proof of purchase, or online by using the emailed voucher sent to the original purchaser.

I live overseas, how do I get my complimentary shirt?
Orders bought online will receive an emailed voucher. Please note that international postage and packaging charges will apply.

I bought my shirt elsewhere, can I still get a complimentary shirt?
No. Complimentary updated shirts are only available to fans that purchased their 2020/21 shirt through the Saints Stores at Westquay and St Marys, or online at Southamptonfc.com.

Can I claim my complimentary shirt in-store if I bought online?
If you were unable to claim your complimentary updated shirt during the claim period, you may still claim in-store provided you bring in your emailed order confirmation and the original shirt bought in the transaction.
