Southampton Football Club can confirm that goalkeeper Angus Gunn has joined Stoke City on a season-long loan.

The 24-year-old has made the switch to the Championship side for the remainder of the 2020/21 campaign, and will be looking to help boost their chances of returning to the top-flight.

Stoke are currently 13th in the early standings, with five points from their opening four matches, ahead of this weekend’s visit to Luton Town.

The club will be following Angus’s progress throughout the season and would like to wish him well for the rest of the campaign.
