Strategic Plan 2020 - 2021

Back in early 2019, we launched our new purpose and strategy, which set out how we would continue our mission of transforming lives in and around Southampton over the coming years, focusing on those that need us the most.

Since then, through our projects, our dedicated team has supported thousands of individuals, across every generation, helping them to become more involved, healthier and empowered members of the community.

We remain fully committed to delivering the positive change as set out in that strategy, both now and long into the future.

However, the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic mean that we need to evolve our approach and priorities across the next few months, in order to ensure that we utilise our skills and resources most effectively.

Working closely with our partners and our community, we have developed a new one-year strategy, which will allow us to support our participants to safely and confidently re-engage with the world around them, whilst continuing on their journey to fulfilling their potential.

To find out more about how we are supporting our community at this challenging time, please watch the video below.
