The Premier League fixtures for the 2020/21 season have been revealed, with Southampton kicking off with a trip to Crystal Palace on the opening weekend.

Saints will travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday 12th September, before hosting another London side, Tottenham Hotspur, in their first home outing the following weekend.

West Bromwich Albion are the first promoted team in Ralph Hasenhüttl’s sights, at St Mary’s on Saturday 3rd October, before Saints revisit the scene of last season’s Boxing Day triumph at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea.

Saints return from the November international break to a tricky run of fixtures that will see them face Wolves and Manchester United back to back, before signing off until Christmas with a doubleheader against Arsenal and Manchester City, who provide the opposition at St Mary’s on Saturday 19th December.

Boxing Day sees another return to west London, this time to face Fulham, before a St Mary’s doubleheader against West Ham United and Liverpool – Saints’ first opponents of 2021.

There are also back-to-back home games against Arsenal and Aston Villa in January and Wolves and Chelsea in February, before a hectic run-in that will see Saints play nine times in the final two months of the season.

After travelling to Manchester City and Liverpool either side of a home clash with Leicester City, Saints will sign off their home schedule with matches against promoted pair Fulham and Leeds, before the season draws to a close at West Ham on Sunday 23rd May.
