Funky fruit smoothie
This is a simple recipe, but is packed with flavour and is great for a daily vitamin boost.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
• 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
• 1cm root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 apple, cored and chopped
• 200ml water
Method
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz for one minute or until smooth.
