Southampton Football Club would like to make supporters aware of a number of revised operation details, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The latest Premier League statement has confirmed that games will not resume at the beginning of May – and that the 2019/20 season will only return when it is safe and appropriate to do so.

As a result, Ralph Hasenhüttl’s squad will continue to follow individual fitness and conditioning work from home, with remote support from club staff, for the foreseeable future.

All Academy and Girls & Women’s training sessions also remain postponed until further notice, with the Football Association having already confirmed that those campaigns have been brought to an early conclusion.

As has been happening already, the club’s medical and sports science staff will remain in regular contact with players from all teams to ensure they have the necessary equipment and support to maintain their fitness.

Additionally, club staff continue to work remotely where possible, with only essential personnel permitted on site at both St Mary’s and the training complex.

Please, therefore, be aware of the ongoing set of revised operations…

Ticket Office

Ticket Office windows and phone lines are now closed until further notice.

For any enquiries, please email [email protected] and a member of staff will respond.

We are currently contacting a number of our Season Ticket holders to check in and offer any assistance. Additionally, if you submitted details regarding travel arrangements for the Norwich fixture, we will soon be in touch.

Please note, at the present time, all tickets purchased for future matches remain valid. However, any further updates around ticketing for these games – including any point at which these would become eligible for refunds – will be communicated as soon as they are available.

Stadium Store/Westquay Store

Both our retail sites at the stadium and Westquay are now closed until further notice, but orders can still be placed online.

Hospitality office

Please direct all enquiries to [email protected] or to your account manager’s mobile numbers. Office phone lines will be unavailable until further notice.

For Conference and Events enquiries pleases contact the team on 02380 727 776 or by email to your dedicated Account Manager, or the team on [email protected].
