Southampton Football Club has issued the following guidance to supporters around tickets and travel bookings, following the suspension of Premier League matches until at least April 4th in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
• Match tickets and official coach travel bookings for the Norwich City match will remain valid for any rescheduled date.
• Fans who have purchased match tickets or official coach travel for Norwich City will be eligible for a refund once the game has been rescheduled, in line with our ticketing terms and conditions. At the point of a new date being confirmed, fans will be able to apply for refunds, and must submit these within five days of the new date being confirmed. No refunds will be processed before a new date is announced.
• The club will provide full refunds for any supporters who have paid for non-official transport to the Norwich game, providing bookings were made prior to midday on Friday 13th March. Please note, this excludes any purchased petrol. To claim a refund, please email [email protected] with the subject ‘Norwich travel refund’ and please allow up to 30 days for these to be processed. Copies of tickets and/or receipts must be provided when submitting your requests, and refunds are subject to confirmation of match tickets having been purchased through the club.
• All ticket sales for future games remain active, but will be available online only. Please direct all communication to the Ticket Office via [email protected] and your enquiry will be dealt with. Ticket Office windows and phone lines will remain closed until further notice.
