Sims rejoins New York Red Bulls

Southampton winger Josh Sims has rejoined New York Red Bulls on loan, ahead of the start of the 2020 Major League Soccer season.

The 22-year-old Academy graduate has moved back to the United States, having previously joined the New York side for the end of their 2019 MLS campaign.

Sims impressed during his time with Red Bulls last year, playing eight times for them after arriving there in August, while also scoring in the opening round of the MLS Cup playoffs.

Everyone at Southampton wishes Josh luck for the coming months and again look forward to watching his progress in New York.
