Women's team to make St Mary’s debut

For the first time in their history, Southampton FC Women will be playing at St Mary's Stadium and you can be there for free as part of a special FA Cup weekend double-header.

Marieanne Spacey-Cale's side have progressed to the fourth round of the competition having already seen off higher league opposition twice; Yeovil Town and Cardiff City Ladies.

Next up is the challenge of FA Women's Championship outfit Coventry United Ladies, who currently compete two tiers above Saints.

The tie will take place on Sunday 26th January, 1pm GMT at St Mary's, with free admission available to all supporters.

The Women's team will make their St Mary's bow the day after the first-team host Tottenham Hotspur in their respective Emirates FA Cup fourth-round clash.

Tickets for the game on Saturday 25th January, 3pm GMT, are currently on sale to Season Ticket holders.
