Saints youngsters take on West Ham United at Staplewood in the U18 Premier League on Saturday morning.
Following an impressive comeback at Brighton last time out, Saints return to Staplewood as they look to build on the result against their South Coast neighbours.
Saints had fallen behind after just 11 minutes, but an inspired comeback thanks to goals from Michael Saunders and Marco Rus ensured an impressive victory.
The result also continued a strong run of form away from home during the month of November, winning both at Reading and at Brighton.
"The performances in November have been really pleasing," said Head Coach Paul Hardyman. "The boys have taken stock and it’s taken time with this young squad, who are predominately first year. But I think we’re getting the rewards from it all now.
"The comeback win over Brighton was really pleasing as it showed the team’s character. As an academy coach we talk a lot about development but it’s also about building characters, and in particular characters with a winning mentality.
"It’s about creating winners so to go a goal down, to a team who are flying high in the league, in their own back yard and to come away with the three points was really pleasing."
