Jan Bednarek was involved as Poland continued their impressive Euro 2020 qualifying campaign on Saturday night.

The Saints defender played the full 90 minutes in the 2-1 win against Israel, maintaining Poland's spot at the top of Group G.

With qualification to next summer's finals already confirmed, Jerzy Brzęczek's side are battling it out with Austria for top spot, currently sitting three points ahead of their European rivals.

Next up, Bednarek and his teammates will host Slovenia on Tuesday (7.45pm GMT).

Elsewhere, Stuart Armstrong was an unused substitute in Scotland's 2-1 win over Cyrpus, also in Euro 2020 qualifying action.
