Saints have paid their respects to the British Armed Forces by adorning their shirts with a poppy for their last two fixtures, and you can now bid for the match-worn shirts to raise money for the Poppy Appeal.

More than 25 Southampton FC shirts – including the starting XI from both our trip to Manchester City and last weekend's visit of Everton – have been put up for auction by Saints Foundation in support of the Poppy Appeal and the Royal British Legion.

Fans wanting to get their hands on the shirts worn for the Premier League clash with the reigning champions at Etihad Stadium have until Saturday to place bids before the auction closes.

Home shirts from Saturday's game, including the one worn by goalscorer Danny Ings, are also open for bids until Friday 22nd November.

Saints paid tribute to the armed forces ahead of the Everton game with a special ceremony that saw members of 165 Port and Maritime Regiment join us on the pitch before kick-off.

All shirts that are bought in the auction come with an official certificate of authenticity and will be delivered promptly. Full proceeds from both auctions will go towards the Poppy Appeal.
