Southampton has released its annual Equality and Diversity Report, looking back at the many achievements around the club over the past 12 months and detailing some of the initiatives coming soon.

Over the past year, Saints has sought to make St Mary's more inclusive on matchdays; introducing improved facilities for blind and partially sighted supporters, clearer signage for disabled visitors, and complimentary sanitary products to meet the needs of female fans.

It's also created Saints Voice; a panel of supporters who meet regularly with the club to feedback on a range of issues that affect fans attending games.

We continue to seek out ways to improve the supporter experience for everyone, and the below report details ways in which the club aims to achieve this over the coming year.
