Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Denmark were frustrated in their attempts to earn back-to-back victories, as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Georgia in Tbilisi.
The Danes headed into the contest looking to follow up their 6-0 success against Gilbraltar on Thursday, when Christian Eriksen scored two penalties.
Højbjerg played 73 minutes of the Euro 2020 qualifying contest before being replaced by Lasse Schöne.
In the absence of manager Åge Hareide as he recovered from surgery, Denmark had their chances in the first-half, with Martin Braithwaite twice thwarted by Loria in a period of dominance.
Loria was on hand again to make a fine save early in the second-half after Kasper Dolberg’s clever front-post run saw him flick the ball towards goal. Christian Gytkjaer struck the bar but it was a missed opportunity for the visitors.
Denmark are now two points behind leaders Republic of Ireland in Group D and Switzerland now just one point behind them with a game in hand.
