Southampton’s youngsters have been drawn alongside Manchester City, Liverpool and Swansea City for this season's Under-18 Premier League Cup competition.

Introduced in 2017/18, the Under-18 Premier League Cup was designed to add an extra competitive edge to complement the U18 Premier League schedule. It consists of six four-team groups.

Saints, who have been dealt a particularly tough draw, are grouped with current holders of this competition Man City, who won the title in 2018/19, as well as FA Youth Cup champions Liverpool.

2017/18 winners Chelsea have Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers and Wolverhampton Wanderers in their respective group.
