As St Mary’s welcomes the return of Premier League football on Saturday, the Southampton matchday programme is back and better than ever.

SAINTS has an innovative new design for 2019/20, featuring two bespoke covers as the publication is split into separate home and away sections.

The Saints-themed pages, which make up 72 of the 84 pages, include a combination of some old favourites along with some exciting new features for readers to get their teeth into.

New signing Kevin Danso is the feature interviewee, as the defender goes into detail about his unique journey from Austria to Southampton via Milton Keynes and Germany, all before the age of 21.

James Ward-Prowse is the home cover star, with Ralph Hasenhüttl and Oriol Romeu penning notes from inside the camp, while there are more in-depth updates from the Academy and Southampton FC Women than ever before.

Franny Benali is back to share his thoughts on the season ahead, along with a host of historical features and the same commitment to our younger readers with a bumper junior section.

“The Away End” includes all the information you need about visitors Liverpool, including some insightful tactical analysis from Bleacher Report’s Sam Tighe, and a useful guide to Southampton for those visiting supporters staying in the city beyond the full-time whistle.

Pick up your matchday programme from one of the numerous sellers outside St Mary’s and inside the stadium concourse, priced at £4.
