Southampton duo Moussa Djenepo and Sofiane Boufal could book their places in the last 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations as the group phase continues in Egypt today.
Summer signing Djenepo enjoyed an impressive start to the competition, as Mali thrashed Mauritania 4-1 on Monday.
Another victory this afternoon against Tunisia, who drew 1-1 with Angola in their Group E opener, would secure the Eagles’ place in the knockout stage.
The match kicks off at 3.30pm BST in Suez as one of three games taking place today.
The second of those sees Boufal’s Morocco take on Ivory Coast in one of the standout clashes of the tournament to date.
Both nations opened their campaigns with 1-0 wins, over Namibia and South Africa respectively, to leave them on the brink of qualifying.
The Atlas Lions meet the Elephants at 6pm BST in the Egyptian capital of Cairo.
