As the 2018/19 season comes to a close and an exciting summer is ready to kick off, catch up on the latest from across the levels at Southampton...

Pre-order our 19/20 kit today

Our new kits for the 19/20 season are available for pre-order from 12pm BST today, with exclusive perks for those that do so…

Mbilly McFarmer failed to pull off the biggest kit launch of all time, but he did get us thinking. A Saints Fest wouldn’t be such a bad idea. But let’s swap the sand for Southampton and give our fans a day to remember.

So, on Saturday 29th June, to celebrate your support and the official launch of our new home, away and goalkeeper kits, we will be staging a fun-packed football festival at St Mary’s.

The first 100 who pre-order will get a pair of VIP tickets for the event, including exclusive backstage access and meet-and-greet opportunities with the first-team squad. The following 400 pre-orders after them will receive free entry.

The home, away and goalkeeper kits will be available to buy in store from 8am on Friday 28th June.

Women complete domestic double

Southampton FC Women rounded off the club’s 18/19 calendar in characteristic style on Sunday afternoon, as goals from Phoebe Williams and Ella Pusey secured the League Cup trophy against Oxford City Ladies.

In front of a record crowd of over 500 at AFC Totton, Marieanne Spacey-Cale’s side completed the second part of a domestic double with a hard-earned 2-0 win that cued joyous celebrations at the Testwood Community Stadium.

Next season brings the promise of a shot at the FA Women’s National League, for which Spacey-Cale has said her young team will be ready and not just make up the numbers.

““Next is a bit of a rest for them,” she said, “because they’ve had a tough season. We’re looking forward to the next one already and what we can achieve.

“They’re such a good group to work with, both the players and the staff. They’ve worked so hard this season and kept up standards. We set new ones for them and they keep breaking them and moving on.

“I’m very proud of what they’ve achieved; there’s work to do but enjoying today and enjoying this moment with this fantastic group of players is really important.”

Concert season at St Mary’s

With the first-team’s St Mary’s send-off still fresh in the memory, concert season is now upon us with Take That and Rod Stewart set to take to the stage in the coming weeks.

Tickets are still available for both concerts via Ticketmaster, with ticket prices for Take That ranging from £71.50 and £200.

Meanwhile, you can purchase Rod Stewart tickets for prices between £34.70 to £137.50. Make sure you only buy tickets through Ticketmaster (the official ticket seller for the event) to prevent the scenario of being denied entry.

Take That will have iconic pop star Rick Astley opening their Greatest Hits Live Tour during their two evenings on the south coast. Meanwhile, folk genre band Johnny Mac and The Faithful will be kick-starting Rod Stewart’s big night at St Mary’s.
