Big Bike Challenge Update

By SFC Media time Thu 25 Apr Saints Foundation

Practice miles have been ridden, hours clocked, it is almost time for our intrepid riders to take on 2019’s Big Bike Challenge, supported by Wessex Regional Care.

On 10th May, they will set off from Huddersfield Town’s John Smith’s Stadium aiming to reach St Mary’s for the final game of the season against the Terriers on 12th May.

That’s 260 miles in three days – a tough feat for any cyclist. Our group will be well-supported on the road, but need all the support they can get from you.

All the money they raise will go towards transforming lives in and around Southampton – you can sponsor the team on their dedicated JustGiving page here.

During the ride, the best way to keep track of the riders will be on our social media channels before they roll into St Mary’s on Sunday afternoon. We want as many of you to be there as possible to give them a rousing reception after three days of incredible effort.
