Southampton FC Women face a big weekend in the title race, as they host Ascot United on Sunday afternoon.
Marieanne Spacey-Cale’s team will look to take another step towards claiming the South Region Women’s Football League Premier Division with what would be a 14th win out of 14 in the competition this season.
Kick-off is at 2pm BST, at AFC Totton’s Testwood Community Stadium, while there will also be interest in fellow contenders AFC Bournemouth CST’s trip to third-placed Oxford City at the same time.
Saints beat Cherries 4-1 away from home last weekend to maintain their perfect record and climb level with their opponents at the top of the table.
Bournemouth – whose only blemishes have been two defeats to Spacey-Cale’s team – remain top on goal difference, but Saints have two games still in hand on them.
AFC Totton's Testwood Stadium can be found on Salisbury Road, Totton, SO40 2RW. Tickets are £2 for adults and free for concessions, including under-16s, while Southampton Season Ticket holders receive free entry on production of their Season Ticket cards.
There is also free entry for all females to this weekend's game as part of Girls' Football Week.
