Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt is a doubt for the team's Premier League game against Watford, due to a foot infection.
Saints boss Mark Hughes explained he had a concern over the Dutch international, although stopped short of ruling him out.
Hughes also revealed the midfielder Mario Lemina has had a slight issue too, but was positive he would be fit to take his place in the squad this weekend, at St Mary's.
"We’ve got a little bit of a doubt over Wesley Hoedt," he said.
"He’s got an infection in his foot, which just needs to calm down a little bit. He’s a little bit sore and he didn’t train today.
"Apart from that, we’re ok. There's a slight doubt over Mario Lemina, who just has a little bit of tightness in his thigh, but we don’t think that will stop him from being available for selection."
