At Southampton Football Club, we are keen to listen to supporters about how we can improve their matchday experience at St Mary’s.
Already, a number of changes have been made as a result of our end-of-season survey earlier in the year, while the creation of the Saints Voice panel has provided a new line of communication with the club’s fanbase.
Beyond this, we continue to look at ways we can improve, and want to make sure we shape plans with the input of supporters.
During the season, fans may receive surveys asking for feedback on how we can further improve the experience on matchdays.

We may act upon some, all or none of the insight we gain from this exercise, depending on what we learn. Our sole aim is to continue to understand the views and expectations of our supporters and identify which potential changes to the St Mary’s experience you would most value and enjoy.
Surveys you may receive this season
Season Tickets, hospitality, conferencing and events: The club is conducting this research to investigate various ways that we could improve our Season Ticket, hospitality and conference and event offerings at St Mary's Stadium. A number of fans who have attended our matchdays will be approached to provide their views on a range of ideas for consideration, in order to make sure any new products introduced in future are based on input from our supporters.
Matchday survey: To help us get immediate insight into how we can continue to improve the matchday experience for our fans at St Mary’s, after each home game a pool of people will receive a survey asking for their feedback. This real-time feedback supports our decisions about how we plan for future games at the stadium.
