This autumn, Saints Foundation is running an exercise programme fit for a Saints Fan.

Based at St Mary’s Stadium, the free Saints Goal programme encourages men over 35 with a waistline over 38”, to set and achieve health and fitness goals. 

Saints Foundation’s Health & Wellbeing team leads the 12-week programme. They provide expert nutritional tuition and structured exercise sessions all within a supportive environment.

“I am very happy to tell you I have lost 2.5 stone since I participated in the Saints Goal programme last year,” Matt Shotter, a former participant said. 

“And with the help of my girlfriend I am now eating very healthily and losing weight all the time. This is very much down to the hard work that Saints Foundation put in to help and educate the participants on the programme.  It is something I am very thankful for and I will always look back on the course fondly.”

The free sessions run every Thursday evening from 17:30-19:00, starting Thursday 20th September 2018.
