Southampton's Premier League visit to Swansea City has been rescheduled for the final week of the season, with the team's trip to Everton in May also being moved for television coverage.

Saints' trip to Liberty Stadium was originally due to take place on the weekend of the FA Cup quarter-finals, but the involvement of both teams at that stage of the competition necessitated a change.

Mark Hughes's team will now face Swansea on Tuesday 8th May, at 7.45pm BST, with the game being broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The trip to Everton on Saturday 5th May will also be televised, and will now kick-off at 5.30pm BST, with BT Sport showing the game.
