Saints forward Josh Sims made a successful start to the international window this afternoon as he marked his England return with a 1-0 win over Poland.

The 20-year-old, reentering the Young Lions fold for the first time this season, was named in the Under-20s' starting XI, helping Keith Downing's side to an 89th minute winner - scored by second half substitute Keinan Davis, of Aston Villa.

England now return to home soil to face Portugal at Manchester City's Academy Stadium on Tuesday 27th March, 7pm kick-off (BST).
