Sims receives England U20 call-up

Young Southampton starlet Josh Sims has been included in England's Under-20 squad for their upcoming fixtures against Poland and Portugal.

The Three Lions face will firstly travel to Bielsku-Bialej to face their Poland counterparts, before returning to home soil for a clash with Portugal in Manchester.

Winger Sims, now 20, is back in an England setup for the first time this season, after overcoming a lengthy injury, having previously won caps at U17 and U18 level.

Head coach Keith Downing has picked a 19-man squad for the double-header, with respective fixtures taking place on Thursday 22 March, 5pm kick-off, and Tuesday 27 March, 7pm kick-off.
