Harrison Reed tasted success in the East Anglian Derby as Norwich City beat Ipswich Town 1-0 at Portman Road.

James Maddison settled a tight contest when he found space on the edge of the area on the hour mark, before showing composure to leave Bartosz Bialkowski rooted to the spot.

Reed played the full 90 minutes, as Daniel Farke’s men sealed an impressive fourth consecutive away win in the Championship and extended their unbeaten league run over their rivals to nine games.

Olufela Olomola played 79 minutes for Yeovil Town against Barnet, before being replaced by Sam Surridge.

The Glovers earned a point in the 1-1 draw thanks to Otis Khan’s late equaliser, after Simeon Akinola had given the hosts the lead in the first-half.

Ryan Seager was a late substitute for MK Dons in their exhilarating 4-4 draw with Oldham in League One.

The forward was introduced in the 69th minute, with Dons trailing 4-2 at home, playing a significant role in their recovery.

After Aidan Nesbitt made it 4-3 with eight minutes to go, Seager was heavily involved in the 89th-minute equaliser, with his initial effort hitting the bar before Ed Upson prodded home the rebound.

Elsewhere, Sam Gallagher watched on as Birmingham City were defeated 2-0 at Millwall.

In the Scottish Championship, Harry Lewis also suffered a 2-0 defeat to Inverness Caledonian Thistle with loan club Dundee United.
