Garmin, the club’s Official Navigation and Fitness Device Partner, are asking Southampton fans to #BeatYesterday.
Whether you want to walk more steps than you did yesterday, run faster, workout smarter, cycle harder or improve your golfing accuracy – Garmin want to know what Saints fans will do to improve their levels of fitness in 2016.
It may not be a fitness-related challenge you choose to take on. For example, you may wish to raise more money for charity, achieve a new career goal or drive more sensibly.
Saints’ first-team stars Graziano Pellè, Juanmi and Matt Targett are already on board as they look to #BeatYesterday.
To get involved like Pellè, Juanmi and Targett, let us know your pledge, along with #BeatYesterday, on Twitter and Facebook.
Three Saints fans who make a pledge will be chosen to have their challenges followed via the club's channels over the course of the next three months.
Garmin have also announced they will donate £1 to the Saints Foundation for every fan’s #BeatYesterday pledge made through social media – up to the generous value of £5,000.
What will you do better today than you did yesterday?
