Southampton’s Ryan Bertrand has been selected in the Barclays Premier League PFA Team of the Year.

The left-back was voted into the best XI for the 2014/15 campaign by players from across all 20 top-flight clubs.

It is the second consecutive season in which Saints have had representation in the team of the year, with Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw making the 2013/14 XI.

Bertrand has enjoyed a tremendous first season on the south coast, having joined from Chelsea last summer. He also returned to the England squad earlier this year after a two-year absence.
