Saints defender Nathaniel Clyne has been nominated for the November PFA Fans’ Player of the Month Award.

The right-back scored the equalising goal in Monday’s draw at Villa Park with his third strike of the season, and has played every minute of every game so far this campaign.

Clyne is joined on the six-player shortlist by Manchester City striker Sergio Agüero, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea, Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez, Eden Hazard of Chelsea and Newcastle’s Moussa Sissoko.

Saints fans can vote for Nathaniel to win the prize by clicking here. Voting closes at midnight on Sunday 30th November, with the winner to be announced the following day.
