Information On Loyalty Points

Create an online account and register your details to obtain your loyalty points for tickets bought this season.

This year’s introduction of a loyalty points system ensures that tickets for the higher demand games, both home and away, are distributed in a fair and equitable manner.

To ensure that you successfully receive the loyalty points you deserve, it is essential that you quote your unique customer ID when buying tickets either online, via the Ticket Hotline (home game sales only) or in person at the Ticket Office. Without this information we will be unable to allocate loyalty points to their account. Additionally loyalty points are non transferable so we cannot add unattributed loyalty points to the purchaser's account. If you buy 4 tickets and only the purchaser is registered, we cannot add the additional 30 points to the purchaser’s account.

If you don’t have an account and unique customer ID yet, the easiest way is to register online. Simply click here to be taken to the registration page. You can also register in person at the ticket office or by calling 0845 688 9288.  

If booking online, when logged into your account, simply click the  ‘Friends  & Family’ link on the tickets page. You will then be given the option to add all account holders with the same house address as yours or be offered the choice to add specific friends by inputting their date of birth and Client ID.

This will not only be important for data protection, but will also enhance your chances, particularly if booking for away games, of being located in the same area as the other people you are buying for.

With our opening day trip to Manchester City going on sale to Season Ticket Holders tomorrow morning at 9am, if you are planning to buy on behalf of someone else, we would strongly recommend you add them to your account in advance. This will make sure the booking process goes as smoothly as possible and that they are registered to claim their ten loyalty points.

If buying tickets from the Ticket Office, you will need to provide the Client ID number for anyone you planned to buy for. You will then be asked a couple of additional security questions to validate the sale. This will help us confirm they are a Season Ticket Holder and that they qualify to book during the priority booking period for this match. If booking outside of the priority booking window, it will confirm their registration on the Club's ticketing database.

Don't forget, Season Ticket Holders will automatically earn loyalty points according to the advertised match categories for home games as soon as tickets for the match go on sale. A Season Ticket Holder will therefore automatically earn 295 points across the season (50 for 5 x Cat A, 105 for 7 x Cat B and 140 for 7 x Cat C).

During the season, the Club will announce the priority booking arrangements for Season Ticket Holders and supporters who hold a specific number of points for matches, particularly where demand for tickets is anticipated to exceed the number on sale.
