FULL TIME: WATFORD 1-3 SAINTS 😍

What a team performance that was from Southampton! Danny Ings will grab the headlines with two more goals to make it 21 for the season before James Ward-Prowse scored a stunning free-kick to make sure that the three points were coming back to St Mary's.

However, all players involved put in a great performance to ensure Saints for the first time made it eight away wins in a top flight season.

Also, the 40-point mark has been reached...👍

IT'S MATCHDAY 🙌

It was a disappointing return to St Mary's on Thursday as Arsenal took maximum points, but this afternoon represents the chance for Southampton to clinch back-to-back away wins, following last week's 3-0 triumph over Norwich.

Watford come into the game with one point from their first two games, since Premier League resumption, and sit one point above the drop zone zone. Saints would reach the 40-point mark with a win.
